Each boot camp workout is different, even though its given by the same instructor. You will be led through some warm-up activities before beginning the intense section of the workout, followed by a thorough cool down/stretch out.

          WHICH IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT MUSCLE? 

.Why your heart of course, its responsible for keeping everything else going! The main goal of exercise is to help build up the strength of one of the most important muscles in your body. Of course looking and feeling good are some great side effects!
